At En Marge 12-17, our team is made up of intervention workers who meet the following criteria:

• Professional training and education relevent to working with street-involved youth (psychoeducation, social work, psychology, street outreach work, etc.);
• An understanding of issues related to homelessness, poverty and social exclusion;
• A passion for front line social work in a community context.
